To begin with, in August 2025, I designed and conducted a comprehensive community survey by gaining access to our partner, Spread A Smile’s network. I distributed this amongst 15-20 students, ranging from Grades 6-10. The questionnaire explored students’ current access to digital devices, levels of digital fluency, and the primary reasons they required digital tools; whether for education, communication, job-searching, or personal development. These insights helped shape following interventions of the project.
